Trevor was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He moved to North Carolina and graduated from Wingate University. Trevor received his J.D. from Campbell University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
While at Campbell, Trevor completed externships at the North Carolina Court of Appeals with Chief Judge John C. Martin and the United States District Court for Eastern District of North Carolina.
Trevor moved to Wake Forest in 2013 to join Mike as an Associate Attorney. Trevor and Mike partnered in 2017 to form Perry & Brandt, Attorneys at Law. In 2024 they became Perry, Brandt & McLemore with the partnership of Holden McLemore. Trevor resides in Wake Forest with his wife, Bridget, and their children Landon and Avery.
Trevor’s practice focuses on assisting clients with personal injury, civil litigation, estate planning, business formation, contract drafting, criminal defense and property disputes.
Trevor is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the Wake County Bar. He is very active in the Wake Forest community. Trevor coached with the Wake Forest Titans for 5 years and now serves on the Board of Directors for the North Raleigh Wake Forest Athletics. He served as the chair of the Young Professionals Group for the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce and is currently an active member of the Chamber. Trevor serves on the Board of SING (Senior Information Networking Group) of Wake Forest. He was recently selected to serve on the Trentini Foundation’s Board of Directors.
